Studio Etiquette
To respect each other and the equipment in our studio, we ask you to please follow these simple kind requests....
- arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time of your class. We want to ensure you have said your hellos and you get to start the class promptly on time.

- wear grippy / sticky socks.
- bring your own water bottle.
- avoid wearing zips or jewellery that can tear/scratch the leather.
- we ask you kindly to cancel your class to respect the other members who may be waiting to join a class.
- leave your shoes and coats in the waiting area.
- wipe down your equipment with the sprays and towels provided at the end of your class.
- leave your reformers with springs off and nothing left on the leather.
Venue Etiquette
We have been granted special access to Rutland barn and so we ask you kindly to respect the following aspects when visiting us please.
- access to the studio is via the double doors straight into the reformer studio - not the shared corridor entrance.
- access to the grounds has been granted for us so please ensure you do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your class as on some occasions the gates may not be open.
- on arrival you must park in “guest parking”. You will see this on the right as you enter courtyard barn before you get to Rutland barn. There are 10 spaces so plenty of parking. Do not park in front of the barns in the corporate marked bays.
- please visit the toilet before arrival as toilets are for emergency use.
