My Pilates House - Maidenhead, is a nurturing reformer Pilates studio, teaching contemporary Pilates equipped to educate and enable you to achieve the most efficient movement patterns for your body.

Our reformers all come with the mat and tower apparatus providing you with additional equipment to offer a huge variety of exciting exercises for your Pilates classes. 

 

We aim to empower you, inspire you, nurture you, welcome you and deliver the best Pilates you can find all based on the original Pilates principles. We pride ourselves on our decades of years of Pilates teaching experience and want to provide you with the best service possible so you leave feeling great! We will always ensure you have adaptations and modifications to accommodate whatever you have going on in your body but also challenge you to progress at the same time.
 

Our Pilates classes are based on Breath, Core/Centre, Concentration, Coordination, Flow, Precision and Control.
